Frank and his wife Diane reside in Toms River, NJ with their three children. Frank entered the financial service industry in 1981.

In 1983 he began the prestigious financial service firm of Congilose & Associates which is now known as C&A Financial Group. Frank holds designations as a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter.

Over time Frank realized that the traditional financial planning methods that he was taught, and the public was utilizing, was different than how the truly wealthy build and protect their wealth. After spending time learning the difference Frank changed his process, and the process that his organization teaches, on building and protecting wealth. Frank refers to this as the "Responsible Wealth building Process."

Frank has both taught and speaks regularly on building and protecting wealth and recently has created - The Institute of Responsible Wealth. His first book, "Discovering Responsible Wealth" was recently published and his next book is titled, "Building Responsible Wealth as Today’s Entrepreneur" is nearly complete.
